Primitivo It's a wine that comes from the historic vineyards of Mottura Winery, nestled in the heart of Salento, in Southern Italy. Primitivo Rosé wine indeed boasts a light pink color and releases all the scents of the Mediterranean. An Italian wine that wins hearts with its freshness and inviting, smooth taste. Of all the Primitivo wines typical of Puglia, this is perhaps one of the most extraordinary. We recommend it for aperitifs and all seafood and shellfish dishes.

Why we like it
It comes from the historical vineyards of the company, located in the heart of Salento. Obtained with Primitivo grapes usually harvested at the end of August, following a soft pressing of the skins, low yield in flower must and fermented without skin for ten days.
